carriage house, with fabulous in ground pool and
spa, is sited on four private acres in deed-restricted
Wildhorse Plantation.
Ascend a beautiful curving staircase to this
romantic getaway. Furnished with antiques, original
art and Oriental rugs from the owner’s personal
collection, The Nest is sure to please the most
discriminating visitor.
The open concept main living area features distressed
pine floors and walls. In addition to comfortable
furnishings, there is a 32 inch flat screen tv,
Bose stereo radio, books, magazines and games
for added enjoyment. The kitchen boasts a tin
accented ceiling, soapstone countertops, undermount
sink and stainless steel appliances. The cabin
is equipped for guests to prepare everything from
a simple snack to gourmet meal. Basic spices,
condiments, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and popcorn
are provided free of charge. The bedroom has a
queen size bed, generous closet space and private
balcony.
Enjoy your meals indoors or at one of several
outdoor dining areas. A stainless steel gas grill
is provided for your cooking pleasure. Spend your
days relaxing by the pool, swinging in a hammock,
exploring The Nest’s beautiful acreage or
take a short drive and enjoy the wonderful attractions
in the park and surrounding Hochatown area.
The Nest is located approximately two miles from
the entrance to Beavers Bend State Park and a
10 minute drive to Broken Bow Lake.

RATES AND GUEST POLICIES FOR THE NEST
Two night minimum; three night minimum on holiday
weekends and Spring break.
$195 per night; 10% discount in December, January
and February, except Christmas, New Years and
Valentines Day, when regular rates apply. All
rates plus 9.5% tax.
Regular check-in time is 4pm; check-out time
is noon.
A valid credit card must accompany all reservations.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
A $50 non refundable deposit is required to reserve
Chautauqua.
14 day notice required on all cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before scheduled
arrival date will be charged one night’s
stay. Cancellations within seven days of your
scheduled arrival date will be charged for the
entire stay.
Your credit card will be charged for the full
reservation amount one week prior to check-in.
If you plan to pay in cash, please make arrangements
at the time of reservation.
Maximum occupancy at Chautauqua is six people,
including children.
No unregistered guests.
No Smoking in the cabin. If any evidence of smoking
is found, your credit card will be charged an
additional $100 per night for the length of your
stay.
No pets. If any evidence of pets is found, your
credit card will be charged an additional $100
per night for the length of your stay.
No ATV’s, campers, tents, boats, guns,
fireworks, excessive noise.
Chautauqua is to be left clean and tidy; dishes
done; trash and litter in containers. Outside
containers to be secure to keep the critters out.
Please report any loss or damages. Chautauqua
will be personally inspected by the owners before
and after each guest visit. Renter/cardholder
will be held responsible for damages/misuse of
the property and its contents and your credit
card will be charged accordingly.
