My first experience with the Sacks’ came in 1999 when they assisted with the purchase of my mother’s residence. More recently, over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to do business with Carolyn and David on several occasions, through the sale of my home, the purchase of another, and two purchases in which they assisted a friend. David and Carolyn Sacks sold the remaining units at a condominium project we developed. Our first contact with the Sacks team was at Thanksgiving, 2012, when we were visiting Broken Bow and wanted to see some property. The Sacks had just received a contract on the home that had caught our eye, but they quickly eased our disappointment by showing us other similar properties. Their knowledge of cabins and available lots is very thorough and it was fun to hear them share the history of the area. In other words, they know their business. In just one weekend, we were very excited to find a really neat secluded cabin that we purchased and they cared enough to follow-up with us during our remodeling phase. One month later after the closing of our first cabin, we found another cabin that we excitedly put a contract on only one week after the listing. They didn’t mind moving quickly and we were able to purchase it before the spring break holiday. David and Carolyn are very accountable, honest, reliable and fun to work with. If anything can be done to make a transaction easy and concern free, they will be there for you. We would recommend them without reservation to any prospective buyer. And dog lovers will enjoy sharing stories with them, too.

A couple of years ago we had the opportunity to work with David in locating our perfect lot to build our dream cabin. While we looked at many properties David continued to return us to one he thought was perfect for our mountain home. It wasn’t until we cleared the lot that we realized what a gem the property really was.
