Growing up in some of Philadelphia’s most ancient neighborhoods, David Sacks has had a lifelong appreciation and affinity for historic properties, homes of architectural interest, and the synergy of inner-city living.

A licensed Realtor® in Texas since 1981 and a 30-year veteran of the mortgage industry, David combines comprehensive knowledge of real estate and financing, an in-depth understanding of the Dallas and Broken Bow markets, and exceptional interpersonal skills. He is an FHA Direct Endorsement underwriter, holds an active mortgage loan originator’s license, is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and holds the GREEN designation from the National Association of Realtors. He is also a Preservation Dallas Advanced Historic House Specialist.

After over 30 years of affiliation with several of the leading single-office, regional, and national real estate brokerage firms, David established David Sacks Estate, Inc. with offices in the very popular Uptown neighborhood of Dallas. The Sacks Team's focus is on the close-in neighborhoods and the historic and conservation districts of the city, but with over 30 years in north Texas, the team has more than a passing acquaintance with many of the diverse neighborhoods of Dallas and the surrounding suburbs.

Shortly after relocating to Dallas in 1981, the Sacks family discovered and fell under the spell of the pristine beauty of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. After visiting the area for a number of years, they became property owners there 15 years ago.

Identifying the growing trend toward the purchase of vacation and second home properties, David established David Sacks Real Estate, Inc. in Broken Bow, Oklahoma in 2007. Broken Bow, in the far southeastern corner of the state, is home to the ever-popular Beavers Bend Resort Park and Broken Bow Lake and is located a 3-4 hour drive from a number of large metropolitan areas. The Broken Bow/Hochatown area attracts over 1,000,000 visitors a year. In addition to being the “go-to” source for distinctive cabin properties, DSRE, Inc. also offers exceptional building lots/land, commercial properties, and full-time residences for sale.

David is a former competitive tri-athlete who still enjoys swimming. Other outside interests include woodworking, fishing, kayaking, and spending time with his family and friends. He is a member of the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce and is an annual contributor to the Owa-Chito Festival in Broken Bow.
